Decorum Consulting Group We conduct business with grace and dignity   Job Description Midtown financial firm seeks executive assistant to support two Managing Directors. Must be extremely polished in presentation and have extremely professional demeanor. Job Responsibilities Screen heavy incoming calls, liaise with clients and high level executives on a global level, must show discretion and be able to prioritize calls Arrange international travel, accommodations and on-site transportation to meetings, ensure that itineraries are air-tight with little room for error, anticipate potential problems to ensure travel runs smoothly Be available after hours for occasional Blackberry support, particularly when executives are travelling, though this is not a 24/7 "on call" position - just be happily willing to help off hours occasionally when necessary Prepare extensive correspondence in Word, assist with financial spreadsheets in Excel, and prepare PowerPoint presentations, must be tech-savvy Ad hoc administrative tasks: expense reports, copying, filing Minimal personal work, i.e. ordering dinner occasionally, making personal dinner reservations Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role with exposure to the financial services industry Strong MS Office Skills, particularly Word and Excel Must have extremely polished, professional presentation - this role would involve some face-to-face interaction with hi-profile clients Salary and Benefits Perm or temp to perm depending on the candidate, 40-50k on the perm side, $18-23 on the temp side.
