The Administrative Assistant / Junior Paralegal will be a key contact for new and existing clients, performing junior paralegal work as well as general administrative support, working directly with the CEO.
This is an excellent entry level position with opportunity for growth.

Job Description
Admin Assist / Paralegal
- Provide customer service to high-profile clients including: attorneys, CEOs, and executives
- Maintain client files, generate correspondence, assist with invoice issues
- Assist in development of legal documents
- Internet research: assist with generation of leads for new business
Job Qualifications
- Perfect for recent grad with some financial, administrative or legal internship experience, looking for a foot-in-the-door with a great company
- Exceptional interpersonal skills required: ability to converse and deal professionally with high level executives
- Background in legal or financial services
- Paralegal training or experience a plus!
- Must be polished and self motivated
- Strong MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Salary and Benefits
$ 28,000 - 30,000 temp to perm, benefits + possible bonus
