Job Description:

This is a permanent role as an Administration Assistant for the Property Manager, offering a fantastic opportunity to work for a high end real estate management company in Manhattan. This role will be supporting the property management, construction management, leasing and accounting functions of the business.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Construction Management supporting the Property Manager
  • Operations support working closely with tenants and other departments
  • Accounting support in terms of budgets and invoicing
  • Leasing/Transaction support for tenants
  • Administration duties including managing the mail, answering telephone and handling calls
  • Filing, copying, electronic filing, typing and drafting correspondance
  • Adhoc support duties including conference room scheduling, outlook calenders, travel arrangements
  • Maintain the library of reference books, brochures, newsletters for the management department

 

Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills Required:   

  • Advanced computer skills in Mircosoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent clear communication skills
  • Ability to mulit task projects, have a flexible approach and meet multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

   

Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years related real estate experience
  • College Degree is required

This is a permanent position offering $40k
