Position - EQUITY ISDA DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST - Analyst
The main focus of the work will revolve around executing equity derivative contracts transacted with insurance and hedge fund customers.
Duties of role include
· Deal with and quickly resolve queries and ad-hoc requests from all areas including external clients relating to documentation and terms of the trades.
· Develop good relationships with the client base in order that outstanding issues are resolved and documents retrieved in a timely manner.
· Liaise with the Legal Department to agree upon acceptable language for disputed documentation
· Build and maintain excellent working relationships with other internal clients
Qualifications:
· Min 1-3 yrs years in the equity derivative industry in a Documentation environment
· Understanding of the mechanics of the following products: variance swaps, equity swaps, dividend swaps, vanilla dispersions, correlation swaps, volatility swaps. vanilla/exotic/asian/dividend/correlation options. Deals with callable and cap/floor features as well as Novations/ Early Terminations of the aforementioned products.
· Interest Rate ISDA documentation drafting experience strong knowledge of equity ISDA terms.
· Strong product knowledge of equity products including exotics equity derivatives
· Excellent communication, organization and prioritsation skills. Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter and multitasker
· Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a Trading Environment
· Strong Excel skills
· 4 year undergraduate degree required – prefer finance major
Temp to Perm role paying $35 - $39 per hour
