Job Requirements

Conduct Research, design manuals for operation, new concepts and programs.
External Research on topics, negotiate contracts and oversee implementation of tools. Identify self assessment tools used by major organizations, research ideas in talent development and mobility, including companies across the globe (US, UK, Switzerland, Germany). Research current company coaching efforts and write proposal for rolling out coaching to managers.
Develop, design, and research operational manuals for managers such as tip sheets on career management topics, suggested reading lists, summary of current research.
Create guide for employees using skill requirements and create transparent career pathways.
Identify "fungible skill sets" that are important to cross divisional and functional mobility.
Other various projects as needed.
Job Qualifications·
- Solid understanding of career management.
- Ability to develop practical as well as creative solutions.
- Networks of best HR practices across the globe.
- Must be able to quickly analyze and synthesize benchmarking information.
Salary and Benefits
$60 per hour. Long term temporary position.
