About the Position
Small Brooklyn based Insurance Agency seeks Customer Service Rep with two years experience.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Resolve customers problems and make necessary changes.
- Confer with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services, cancel accounts or obtain details of complaint.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances.
- Solicit sale of new or additional services.
- Resolve customer billing complaints.
Job Qualifications
- 2 years experience in Insurance
- Customer service experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Willing to work in Brooklyn
Salary and Benefits
$30,000 - $40,000 per year, based on experience
