Job Description:
Leading Investment Bank Agency Services department seeks Analyst / Associate / AVP

• Transfer web based loan site over to agency workspace in coordination with Account Officer.
• Determine financial reporting requirements by reviewing Credit Agreement of agented deals.
• Determind if all investors meet requirements to become lenders.
• Update spreadsheets with assignements as they occur.
• Provide the back up on an as needed basis for closer.
• Keep track and record of the financial reportings for all agented details.
